Bay View Estate when complete, will consist of 10 privately owned thatched houses, adjacent to Bay View Lodge. Two houses have already been completed. The exterior style of the houses are similar to each other and house sizes range from three- to four-bedrooms, with the main bedroom en-suite. Interior layout, finishes and equipment – touches that make a house personal, are negotiable.
All houses will be within 200m of the beach – the nearest, virtually on the beach – already sold. Two sea–front properties still available.
The development was gazetted by the Mozambique government and owners will form part of the Owners’ Association of Bay View Estate.
